You don't have to face a lion to show that you're brave. You don't have to jump off a cliff and survive to show that you're brave. You don't have to fight in a war to show that you are brave.

All you need to do, is live your life and try to make the best out of it.

Life is a challenge. We all know that. We've all been through the hard times, and of course, we never know when we'll go through it again. Maybe some of you are having a hard time now as well.

Have you ever been afraid? Have you ever been in pain? Have you ever lost your way? Have you ever been knocked down?

Courage is when you're afraid

But you keep on moving anyway

Courage is when you're in pain

But you keep on living anyway

Its not wrong to be afraid. It shows that you're brave to face the challenges in life.

Its not wrong to be in pain. It shows that you're strong enough to fight what's hurting you.

It's not how many times you've been knocked down

It's how many times you get back up

Courage is when you've lost your way

But you find your strength anyway

It doesn't matter how many times you've lost. It doesn't matter how many times things don't go your way. What matters most is that you don't ever give up. Just by doing that, and you're probably better than those who have won anyway.

Just say this to yourself. It must seem stupid, but try and mean what you say.

I am brave. I am brave because when i'm afraid, i keep on moving anyway.
